1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Services

Secure One provides camera security systems, installation services, and customer support. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account information.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total contract sum is required upon order confirmation.
  • The 50% balance must be paid before equipment delivery.
  • If the order includes installation services, the balance is to be settled within 7 days after completion.
  • An interest rate of 5% per month will be charged on OVERDUE ACCOUNTS based on the total contract sum.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the specified time frame. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please note that our company does not offer a return service for purchases. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. As we do not accept returns, refunds are not available. We recommend contacting our customer service team at info@secureone.hk if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Secure One and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Secure One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
